Fitness and Weight Loss

Hey, I'm Rex. I have been employed with Swanson Health Products for just about 7 years. Currently my position within the company is the call center/ customer care manager. Some of you may have read some of my earlier blogs on adventure racing and some fitness posts most recently with the web team tracking our weight loss for readers.   

My main focus in my blog posts is going to continue to be on ways to maintain weight loss and exercise/general fitness tips while I track my health goals and progress.  When not working, I like to spend my free time in the gym, enjoying films and music, and spending quality time with my family.
