Hi there! My name is Shannon. I am the Receptionist here at Swanson Health Products and have been for a little over 6 years. I truly love my job because of the diversity it brings everyday. From answering the phones, vendor visits, new employees to our walk-in customers that I get to meet, it's pretty busy here at the front desk and no two days are alike, guaranteed.
Awhile back I showed some interest in blogging on our website and low and behold I was chosen. Yeah! I've never done this before but am always up for a challenge. I enjoy researching the next up and coming thing and love to learn about new products. My goal is to learn new ways of eating healthy and getting fit for the upcoming summer months. We all live a busy lifestyle, so I like to find quick tricks to help sustain good health.
Outside of work, I have a Cairn terrier puppy (like Toto) and she keeps me pretty busy. I also enjoy 4 wheeling, snowmobiling and spending time with family and friends.
Here's to your Good Health!

help aid in fighting against the damage of free radicals
in the body. Numerous Resveratrol studies have shown that it
is useful for all age groups, from older individuals to young
college athletes.
You'll find the Resveratrol best...

vitamin supplements at all. Seriously nothing! Now I take so many
that I could consider them my breakfast. My two
favorites are Swanson
Multi Omega 3-6-9 and Swanson
Coconut Oil due to the essential fatty acid benefits
they both provide.

The
Multi Omega 3-6-9 is great for mental function, healthy joints
and cardiovascular health. It contains fish, flax and borage
oil. I've taken fish oil by itself in the past and I seem to
like this...

Memorial day, National Burger Month and grilling season....Oh
my!
With Memorial day fast approaching and it being National Burger
Month, it's getting harder and harder to maintain weight
loss. Since September of last year I've lost about 20 lbs and
would like to lose a few more before summer, but I'm lacking the
motivation. Our weather here in North Dakota has been a little
soggy the last few weeks but looks to be turning around.
When the weather's nice outside I'm inspired to do a...
