Multi Omega & Coconut Oil: My Two Favorite Vitamins

When I started at Swanson Health Products, I didn't take any vitamin supplements at all. Seriously nothing! Now I take so many that I could consider them my breakfast.  My two favorites are Swanson Multi Omega 3-6-9 and Swanson Coconut Oil due to the essential fatty acid benefits they both provide.

The Multi Omega 3-6-9 is great for mental function, healthy joints and cardiovascular health.  It contains fish, flax and borage oil. I've taken fish oil by itself in the past and I seem to like this one best. 

The Coconut oil contains Lauric acid and medium chain fatty acids that can help some maintain a healthy weight. I've also noticed it gives me more energy. I've read some other benefits that is has from boosting metabolism, hair & skin health, proper digestion and healthy cholesterol support. I've also noticed my fingernail health has improved. A major plus!
