When I discovered Arnica gel and creams on Swanson Vitamins online, I didn't know how many of my family members would benefit from it. I started using it for neck and back stiffness when traveling. I have a sister who is disabled and is constantly bruised up from bumping into things due to poor balance. The arnica speeds up the healing of her bruises. My husband also uses it for muscle pain/strains from workouts at the gym and stiffness from traveling for his job.
