A number of years ago as we were coming home from church in early February on slushy roads, our van hit a icy patch and we lost control and rolled the van twice. I had our four children in the van at the time....thankfully, no one seriously hurt....you see the van rolled over and down a hill! The next day, a friend told us that while we didn't have any outer appearance of injury, we were sore from internal bruising. Well, he suggested and gave us some Arnica Montana and told us that it helps with bruising, muscle pulls, etc....well, we continue to use this today and i know from personal experience, that it really works. Not only taking the pills, but the gel/ointment is great together.
