Naturally Diva, the new natural health and beauty line from Chris Linnares, is now available at SwansonVitamins.com. Last week, I was fortunate to have had coffee with Chris Linnares, renowned Brazilian psychotherapist and founder of the Naturally Diva health and beauty product line. We met to talk about Naturally Diva and what inspired Chris to create products that support women* “from head to soul.” But to really understand the motivation for this product line, you should know more about Chris and her personal journey.

Chris, a celebrity in Brazil, relocated to Fargo, North Dakota, to live with her husband. The culture-shock alone would be enough to send most people into a tail-spin, but add postpartum depression, the loss of her father, significant weight gain and a preemie in the NICU left Chris looking for some serious help.

Her doctors offered medication, but Chris asked for some time to consider her options and to do more research because she was looking for a natural approach to healing. The more she studied, the more the body-mind connection clicked; a healthy body supports a healthy mind and natural products support a healthy body.

With that, Chris made the decision to change what she was putting in her body as well as on her body. She turned to a natural diet and supplement program and started using products that are free of parabens, sodium lauryl sulfates and other impurities commonly found in beauty products. Six months later she found what she was looking for and, being the giving person that she is, wanted to share her solutions with women everywhere. Thus, the Naturally Diva health and beauty product line was born.
