I am a Product Information Specialist and Certified Herbal Specialist at Swanson Health Products and have been for 11 years.  I answer lots of questions every day from customers about the products we sell and how can they help the customer.

Questions Like:
What does this herb do? Why should I buy CoQ10? What can I take for my joints?  What can I take for energy? What do you have for weight loss? Can you help me decide what's best for me?  I can also help a customer find a reasonable substitute for an expensive product they bought elsewhere.  I love helping people save money!

I also get questions asking what to take for medical conditions, which I can't answer because I am not a Health Practitioner.  I can't make suggestions for Osteoarthritis, for example.  I can only make suggestions pertaining to functions of the body, like how to maintain healthy skin, or maintain healthy joints. What do you need to maintain?
