Hi there, My name is Chris and I'm a SEM Specialist with Swanson Health Products.  I've been working with vitamins and supplements at Swanson's for 8 years and counting in various areas of the company from Customer Service to Management.

It's me again, back on the blocks and writing.  In the past few months we've received more snow than I've seen in a long time - which is saying something being from Minnesota.

Tasty Source Of Omegas From Hempseed Oil

So I was rummaging through a list of our discount vitamins and supplements the other day and I came across one that I knew little to nothing about:  Organic Hempseed

The thought of consuming any kind of oil really doesn't sit with me very well, and every time I think of Omegas I always get the image of squeezed fish.  I know there are other sources of Omegas, such as Flax and Borage oils, but I never really thought about Hemp until the other day.

Rain Delay... Again

So...   The weather hasn't been very attractive to my golf game this year.   With weeks of rain at a time, and a spring that almost made me want to start building an Ark - I all but gave up.  At the 9th hole of my first round of the year it actually snowed on us, which is great for tracking the path of the ball, or making snow men, but not so great for putting.  Fortunately I'm not a quitter, and come snow or high water - I'll be back out before long!
