So... The weather hasn't been very attractive to my golf game this year. With weeks of rain at a time, and a spring that almost made me want to start building an Ark - I all but gave up. At the 9th hole of my first round of the year it actually snowed on us, which is great for tracking the path of the ball, or making snow men, but not so great for putting. Fortunately I'm not a quitter, and come snow or high water - I'll be back out before long!
A couple of weeks ago, a co-worker and friend sent me a link to a supplement that they thought I would be interested in. A new company called Sports Specific Performance has natural health supplies that were developed specifically for golfers. The first product is called Golf Focus and is a specially formulated nutritional health supplement designed to enhance mental clarity from tee to green, and I know we can all use a little more of that.
The Golf Focus formula says it's loaded with B vitamins as well as Ginkgo and a couple of others. I’ll definitely have to check this out in the future, as for now I’m looking at their second product Golf Strength. The supplement facts show the product contains a blend of calcium, phosphorus, zinc, vitamin D and magnesium and other essentials for your body. With a description like "engineered to support the body’s muscular function to give you optimal performance during a round" how can I go wrong?!
Now if only the rain would stop so I can get out and enjoy the links!
